The Jamie is a unisex mid/large sized geometric frame referencing 1960’s and 70’s style. This model exudes a timeless appeal with contemporary accents, making it a versatile choice to compliment various outfits or occasions. Details include exposed filigree detail wire cores, IE temple monograms, 3 dot hinge pins, and IOE engraved metal temple caps.

• Lenses are black polarised, CAT 3
• This frame is handcrafted with bio-acetate which is plant-based and 100% biodegradable. To ensure the frame's longevity, it is made with laminated hinge beds and wire temple cores.
• Hinges are 5-7 barrel stainless steel and come with rubber-coated screws for smooth opening/closing and durability.
• Each pair comes in a unique recycled leather case, premium box, and recycled PET Isle of Eden branded cleaning cloth.
• Detailing on this frame include abstract ‘E’ hinge pins, filigree wire inner temple cores, and IE monogram on the temples. 
• All IOE frames are made with the highest quality materials by expert craftspeople.

Returns Info

Please read our policies carefully before you purchase. As a small business, we really value your support - however there are some costs that we cannot absorb and may be deducted in the event of a refund.

• If you are looking to return something, please contact us first at hello@troubleandfox.co.nz within 7 days of delivery and we will reply with returns instructions.
  
  
• FULL PRICED ITEMS: Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day that the order was received. 
  
  
• AFTERPAY/ BNPL: Items purchased via Afterpay or similar external 'Buy Now Pay Later' services can be returned for an exchange, online credit or refund. Due to the non-refundable merchant fees associated with these third-party providers, we will deduct a 5% service fee if a refund is chosen.

• SALE ITEMS: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms - general sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note, but cannot be returned for a refund. This includes the Welcome sign-up discount code. 
  Please note all shipping costs incurred in exchanging sale items are the responsibility of the customer (many other independent stores do not allow exchanges on sale items, so please be kind!)
  
  
• OUTLET ITEMS: Items marked 'Outlet' or any sale items where extra discounts have been applied (sale on sale, discounts on top of already reduced items) are considered final and cannot be returned at all unless accepted as faulty.
  
  
• SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if free or subsidised shipping was received initially we will retain our actual shipping costs if a refund is chosen (NZ $10-$20).
